Update on Disposal and De-listing timetable

Napster (AIM:NAPS), a leading music company and operator of the MelodyVR and Napster platforms, is pleased to announce the outstanding dates with respect to the Share Consolidation, the last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares and completion for the Disposal are as follows:

1) If any of the above times and/or dates change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified to Shareholders through a Regulatory Information Service.

2) All references to time in this announcement are to London time, unless otherwise stated.

The ISIN and SEDOL Code for the new Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the share consolidation are as follows:

Following the Share Consolidation, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 4,558,984. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
