Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, announces that Robin Williams has notified the Company that he will stand down as a Non-executive Director with effect from 13th July 2017, due to other commitments.

The search for a replacement Non-executive Director will begin immediately.

Dr Christopher Richards, Nanoco's Chairman, said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Robin for his significant input to Nanoco's board over the last three years. We wish him well for the future."
