Application for Block Admission

An application for block admission has been made for 300,000 common shares of US$0.025 each in the Company ("Block Admission Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 April 2013.

The Block Admission Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Omnibus Performance Incentive Plan 2011, and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued common shares of the Company.
