MySQUAR Limited ("MySQUAR" or the "Company")

Exercise of Options

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 3,169,479 shares of no par value each in the capital of the Company ("New Shares") pursuant to the exercise of employee options further details of which can be found in section 6.8 of part IV of the Company's admission document dated 29 June 2015 ("Admission Document").

The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued shares. An application for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM has been submitted and trading is expected to commence on 7 October 2015. The issued New Shares are subject to lock in provisions as detailed in section 11.3 of part IV of the Admission Document.

Following admission of the New Shares, the Group's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 187,784,668 shares. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights is 187,784,668 which figure may be used by shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
