MySale (AIM: MYSL), a leading international online retailer, announces that on 24 January 2020, Dow Famulak, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought, in aggregate 1,100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.4 pence.
Dow Famulak is now interested in 1,100,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company following the purchase.
