l Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company for the period from January to December 2025 to be between RMB 800 million and RMB 1,000 million, representing an increase of RMB 453.8855 million to RMB 653.8855 million compared to the same period of the previous year, a year-on-year increase of 131.14% to 188.92%.
l The Company expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company after deducting non-recurring gains or losses for the period from January to December 2025 to be between RMB 580 million and RMB 780 million, representing an increase of RMB 404.5939 million to RMB 604.5939 million compared to the same period of the previous year, a year-on-year increase of 230.66% to 344.68%.

The Company expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company for the period from January to December 2025 to be between RMB 800 million and RMB 1,000 million, representing an increase of RMB 453.8855 million to RMB 653.8855 million compared to the same period of the previous year, a year-on-year increase of 131.14% to 188.92%.

The Company expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company after deducting non-recurring gains or losses for the period from January to December 2025 to be between RMB 580 million and RMB 780 million, representing an increase of RMB 404.5939 million to RMB 604.5939 million compared to the same period of the previous year, a year-on-year increase of 230.66% to 344.68%.

II. Operating Performance and Financial Position for the Same Period of the Previous Year
(I) Profit Before Tax: RMB 414.8316 million; Net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company: RMB 346.1145 million; net profit attributable to shareholders of the Listed Company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses: RMB 175.4061 million.
(II) Earnings per share: RMB 0.15.
III. Main Reasons for Projected Performance Growth in the Current Period
During the reporting period, the Company's wind turbine delivery volume and sales revenue achieved significant year-on-year growth. At the same time, the effects of cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures have gradually become apparent, leading to a certain degree of improvement in the gross profit margin of wind turbines and accessories.
