Appointment of Director

The Board of Murray International Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jeroen Huysinga as an independent non executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2025.

Virginia Holmes, Chair, commented on the appointment:

"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Jeroen Huysinga to the Board. Jeroen is a highly experienced investment professional with a strong background of over 20 years in global equities and the management of investment trusts having been managing director global equities at JP Morgan Asset Management until retirement in 2020. Jeroen is a director of European Opportunities Trust, is a trustee of a number of charities including The Invesco Cares Foundation, Brain and Spine Foundation and John Hodges Trust and is senior development manager at the social investment platform Ethex. The Board very much looks forward to working with Jeroen.

Mr Huysinga resigned as a director of Momentum Multi Asset Value Trust plc on 23 August 2023.

There are no other disclosures required to be made for Mr Huysinga, in respect of UKLR 6.4.8R (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.

Mr Huysinga does not hold any Ordinary shares in the Company.
