The MedicX Fund Limited01 October 2007 For immediate release 1 October 2007 MedicX Fund Limited ("MedicX Fund", "the Fund" or "the Company") Calculation Time for C Share Conversion Further to the announcements on 2 and 29 May 2007 relating to a placing andoffer for subscription for C Shares in MedicX Fund, (LSE: MXF, LSE: MXFC), thespecialist investor in modern purpose built primary healthcare properties, theDirectors of the Company today announce that more than 75% of the assetsattributable to the C shares have been committed in accordance with theCompany's investment policy. Pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association,the Calculation Time for the conversion of C Shares into Ordinary Shares is 30September 2007. A further announcement will be released in due course to confirmthe relevant Conversion Time and Conversion Ratio. The total property portfolio of MedicX Fund comprises 42 properties: 35properties which are attributable to the Ordinary Shares of which three areunder construction, and 7 properties which are attributable to the C Shares, ofwhich three are under construction.
