Notification in accordance with Listing Rule ("LR") 9.6.13

Further to the announcement on 17 November 2014 that Steve Le Page has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, the Company confirms, in accordance with LR 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Authority Rules, that Mr Le Page is currently a director of the following publicly quoted companies: BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited and Volta Finance Limited.

The Company confirms that there are no Listing matters to be disclosed in relation to paragraphs (2) to (6) of LR 9.6.13.
