Change of Auditor

The Board of MedicX Fund Limited (the "Company") announces the appointment of a new auditor.

Under its terms of reference the Audit Committee assesses annually the provision of any non-audit services by the auditor. In view of the extent of non-audit services provided by the auditor during the previous financial year and in aggregate in recent years (primarily as a result of work relating to portfolio acquisitions), the Audit Committee considers it appropriate to separate the provision of audit and non-audit services. Further to the Audit Committee's recommendation, the Board has decided to appoint as auditor a firm that has not been involved in the provision of non-audit services.

Following a competitive tender process, KPMG LLP has agreed to accept appointment as the auditor to the Company.

PKF (UK) LLP has resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that, in accordance with Section 273(2) of The Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation which it considers need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

The Directors of the Company would like to thank PKF (UK) LLP for the service provided to the Company in the past.
