The MedicX Fund Limited08 March 2007 For immediate release 8th March 2007 MedicX Fund Limited ("MedicX Fund", "the Fund" or "the Company") Board Change The Board of MedicX Fund announces with regret that Jorge Tavares will bestanding down from the Board, with immediate effect, following an injury, whichprevents him from fulfilling his duties as Chairman of the Company. It is hopedthat he will be able to be reappointed to the Board once he has recovered. IfJorge has not made a recovery by 1 July 2007, a replacement Chairman will besought.
