Allotment of scrip shares to Chairman and Investment Adviser

David Staples (the Company's Chairman) and MedicX Adviser Ltd (the Company's Investment Adviser) elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme and were allotted 547 and 10,953 new ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares") respectively. The Shares were admitted for trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 30 June 2010 and rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.
