Allotment of scrip shares to Directors of the Company
Members of the Company's Board of Directors elected to participate in the Company's scrip dividend scheme in respect of the September 2015 interim dividend for the quarter ended 30 June 2015, and accordingly acquired ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Shares") as disclosed in the table below. The Shares were sold out of treasury by the Company at the previously advised scrip calculation price of 79.80 pence per share.
