MGC Pharma General Meeting Information and Webinar

MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd ('MGC Pharma' or 'the Company') is pleased to advise that it will be live streaming the Shareholder's General Meeting to be held at 1202 Hay Street West Perth on Thursday 12 August 2021 at 4.00pm AWST.

The formal business of the GM will be hosted by MGC Pharma's Chairman, Mr Brett Mitchell, with other board members attending remotely by video link.

Upon registration to the Webinar participants are welcome to submit questions to the Company. The Board will endeavour to answer questions relevant to the business of the meeting, as well as questions regarding the Company's operations. Please note that the video stream is view only and will not facilitate the casting of votes on Resolutions before the meeting.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote prior to the meeting by following the instructions provided to them on the recently distributed proxy form.
