TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water, the treatment of wastewater, and monitoring of water quality, announces that, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Group's total issued share capital at the date of this announcement is 59,505,256 ordinary shares of 0.25p each, with one voting right per share.
There are no shares held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Group is 59,505,256.
The above figure of 59,505,256 shares may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Group, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
