DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water and the treatment of wastewater, has today been informed that on 16 December 2010 Mr Robert Clarke, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. These shares were acquired at a price of 62.75p per share, and represent 0.25% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Including this purchase, Mr Robert Clarke has a beneficial interest in 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.34% of the total issued ordinary shares.
