Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Modern Water plc (AIM: MWG) announces that today the Company granted options to the following PDMRs, as set out in the table below. These options were granted pursuant to the Company's existing Share Incentive Plan adopted by shareholder resolution on 1 June 2007, on the terms detailed below. The options will vest and become exercisable on the third anniversary of the grant date, subject to the option holder remaining employed by the Company or a Company subsidiary on that date.
