Notification of major holdings
Modern Water, the pioneering and innovative technology company specialising in membrane water treatment solutions and advanced monitoring products has received a notification of major holdings in the interests of a significant shareholder. In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the following details are now notified:
a) Identity of the significant shareholder: Helium Rising Stars Fund
b) Date of disclosure: 15 July 2020
c) Date of relevant change: 15 July 2020
d) Nature of transaction: disposal of shares
e) Nature and extent of significant shareholder's interest: direct and indirect interests
f) Resultant shareholding: 71,100,000 shares, with a direct interest in the shares and an indirect interest in the voting rights, in each case amounting to 13.55%
