Modern Water plc (AIM:MWG), the owner of leading water technologies for the production of fresh water and the monitoring of water quality, announces today that Michael Gradon, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, will step down from the board with effect from 31 December 2015.
Alan Wilson, Chairman of Modern Water, said: "After having served almost nine years as a non-executive director of the Company, Michael Gradon will be retiring from the Board at the end of this year. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Michael for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future."
