DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Modern Water (AIM:MWG), the owner of leading water technologies focused on addressing the scarcity of fresh water, the treatment of wastewater, and monitoring of water quality, was informed yesterday that on 6 April 2011 Mr Michael Gradon, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company. These shares were acquired at a price of 50p per share, and represent 0.34% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Including this purchase, Mr Michael Gradon has a beneficial interest in 746,518 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.25% of the total issued ordinary shares.
