Product representation and distribution agreement

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), a market leader in the manufacture of flat panel antennas for fixed wireless broadband and a wireless irrigation solutions provider, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Mottech Water Solutions Ltd ("Mottech"), a leader in remote control solutions for water and irrigation applications and the global prime distributor of Motorola for the IRRInet remote control solution, has entered into a product representation and distribution agreement with Bermad Italy s.r.l ("BIT") for the distribution of its solutions in Italy and Morocco. Bermad is a best-in-class manufacture, sales and marketing organization that is deeply involved in the agriculture and water distribution valves markets with 800 employees, 12 subsidiaries and a global presence in 132 countries. BIT will be Mottech's exclusive representative in the agriculture and water distribution markets in Italy and for the entire market in Morocco.
