Exercise of Options

MTI announces that, following the exercise of options by an employee, it will shortly be making an application for 60,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in the New Shares is expected be become effective on 26 June 2017.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 52,921,818 Shares in issue. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights will be 52,921,818, which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
