Directors Shareholdings

The Company has received notification from Zvi Borovitz (Non Executive Chairman of the Company) that he purchased 882,000 Ordinary Shares at 11p per share on 1 June 2011 and has a revised notifiable direct interest in 882,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.71 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share Capital*. MTI has 51,571,990 Ordinary Shares in issue.

* Mr. Borovitz also has an interest in 25 per cent. of Mokirei Aya Ltd. which controls 40.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of MTI Computers & Software Services Ltd. as of 31 May 2011, which has an interest in 52.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
