(the 'Company') Directors' Shareholdings The Company has been notified that Zvi Borovitz (non-executive chairman of theCompany), Moni Borovitz (finance director of the Company) and Dov Feiner (chiefexecutive officer of the Company) today sold 873,000, 127,000 and 400,000ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company at 53 pence each respectively. The resultant personal holdings of the above directors are outlined in the tablebelow. In addition, each of these directors holds indirect interests in theCompany as shown in the notes to the table. (2) Moni Borovitz has an interest in 25 per cent. of Mokirei Aya Ltd. which controls 39.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of MTI Computers which has an interest in 47.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. (3) Dov Feiner holds 396,372 shares in MTI Computers representing 3.5 per cent of the issued share capital of MTI Computers. MTI Computers has an interest in 47.7 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
