Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Murray Income Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephanie Eastment as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 2 August 2018. Stephanie was appointed after a search conducted by an independent recruitment consultancy.
Stephanie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of the Technical Committee of the Association of Investment Companies.
Neil Rogan, Chairman, commented on the appointment:

Stephanie has worked in financial services for over 30 years, most recently as Head of Specialist Funds Company Secretariat and Accounts at Invesco Perpetual, and brings with her a wealth of investment trust experience. Stephanie Eastment is beneficially interested in 1,225 shares of the Company.
