Announcement of Interim Dividends

The Directors of Murray Income Trust PLC have declared interim dividends per share in respect of the year to 30 June 2021 (the "Interim Dividends"), as follows -

In relation to the Interim Dividends, the latest date for receipt by the registrar of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 6 November 2020, 26 February 2021 and 28 May 2021, respectively. Shareholders must be on the register on the record date to receive the applicable dividend.
The aggregate of the Interim Dividends is 24.75 pence per share which is the same as that paid as the First, Second and Third Interim Dividends in respect of the year ended 30 June 2020.
