Mather as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Mather,who has not been appointed to the board, will succeed Guy Rutherford when heleaves the Company to pursue other opportunities at the end of December, (asannounced on 24 August 2007). Prior to joining Mulberry, Mr. Mather has spent the last 10 years with themulti-national Otto Group based both in Hong Kong and the UK. He is a CharteredAccountant having trained with Price Waterhouse and brings extensiveinternational experience to the Company.
