Mulberry announces that, following the approval of the trustees of the Mulberry Group plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 8 July 2022, 156,590 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") are to be transferred to Godfrey Davis, Chairman of the Company, from the EBT, pursuant to the Company's Co-Ownership Equity Incentive Plan (the "Transfer"). The Transfer follows the exercise by Godfrey Davis of options which were granted in accordance with the terms of a Co-Ownership Agreement dated 9 October 2009 (as amended) and which vested on 9 October 2012.
Following the Transfer, the beneficial holding of Godfrey Davis and his closely associated persons is 875,117 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.46 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
