Director / PDMR Dealing
On 5 July 2022, the Company was notified by Godfrey Davis, Chairman of the Company, that, on that date, the Davis 2017 Trust, of which Godfrey Davis is a beneficiary, had sold 2,300 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 280 pence per Ordinary Share and that Godfrey Davis, in a personal capacity, had acquired 2,300 Ordinary Shares at 280 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of these transactions, the beneficial holding of Godfrey Davis and his closely associated persons remains unchanged at 718,527 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.2 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Shares.
