("MBL" or "the Company")

EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

The Company has today made application for 10,000 new Ordinary Shares to be issued to be admitted to trading on AIM, and their admission to AIM is expected to take effect on Wednesday 9 December 2009.

The 10,000 new Ordinary Shares have been issued following the exercise of an option by an employee under the Air Music and Media Group EMI scheme.

Following the admission of the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue, and therefore, the total number of voting rights, will be 17,276,068.
