MBL announces that Tony Johnson has decided to resign as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Tim Jackson-Smith will replace Mr Johnson as Chairman.

Tim Jackson-Smith, Chairman commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Tony for his time on the Board and his contribution to the Company. We look forward to continuing Tony's work and taking the Company to the next stage in its development"
