Board Changes
MBL (AIM: MUBL) announces that it has appointed James Reynolds to the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect. In addition, Anton Lane, previously a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman, replacing Tim Jackson-Smith who will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Commenting on the James Reynolds' appointment; Anton Lane, Chairman said:
"I am pleased to announce the appointment of James Reynolds as an executive director of the Company. James has been a senior employee with the Group for many years, having responsibility for internal group accounting and finance, and has over the past two years increased his responsibility for organisational matters. I am confident that his operational expertise and knowledge of both businesses will be invaluable as we move forward. "
