Air Music & Media Group PLC29 July 2005 Air Music & Media Group plc ("Air Music" or "the Group") Board Changes Air Music & Media Group plc Following the completion of the acquisition of Redworth Limited, and itsprincipal subsidiary Music Box Leisure Limited, together with positive resultsfor the year to 31 March 2005, Air Music announces a number of changes to theBoard. Mark Frey a founding director of Air Music, and Trevor Allan of Redworth are totake on the roles of Joint Chief Executives with immediate effect. Mark Freywill concentrate on acquisitions and product development to broaden the offeringto customers and to facilitate further growth of the Group. Trevor Allen will assume responsibility for operational aspects of the Group andits subsidiaries, including integration of distribution and systems and customerdevelopment. Ruth Salsbury, the Group's Finance Director, has indicated her intention not toseek re-election at the September AGM at which point she will be leaving theGroup to pursue other interests. The Board wishes her well and would like toexpress its appreciation for her past endeavours. Alex Sorrell, a main Boarddirector of the Group and finance director of Music Box Leisure, will assume theresponsibilities of Group Finance Director and Company Secretary with effectfrom the date of the Group's AGM in September 2005. The Group also announces that Michael Infante has resigned as its commercial andmarketing director effect from 29 July 2005. Michael Infante has been part of the Group since its inception and has led asuccessful and hardworking team. Michael will be involved in seeking newopportunities in the intellectual copyright side of the industry, in which AirMusic will have an opportunity to participate.
