Air Music & Media Group PLC26 June 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 26 JUNE 2006 Air Music & Media Group plc ("Air Group") BOARD CHANGES Executive Chairman of John David Group Plc appointed as Non Executive Chairman The Board of Air Group, the UK distributor of home entertainment products,announces today the resignation of Mark Frey from the Board and the appointmentof Peter Alan Cowgill as Non Executive Chairman, with immediate effect. Peter Cowgill joins the Board today with a demonstrable track record of drivingbusiness value and extensive City experience. Since his March 2004 appointmentas Executive Chairman of The John David Group plc ("JD"), where he formerlyacted as Finance Director, JD has enjoyed considerable success which has beenreflected by a substantial increase in its market capitalization and shareholdervalue. Peter will also continue to hold the position of Non Executive Chairmanof United Carpets Group plc, an AIM listed company. Peter Cowgill commented, "I am pleased to be appointed to the Board of AirGroup. I have been attracted by its proposition and strong management team andhave personally invested in the company.
