Air Music & Media Group PLC23 September 2005 23 SEPTEMBER 2005 AIR MUSIC & MEDIA GROUP PLC ("Air Group" or "the Company") AGM Statement At today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Air Group, the UK publisher anddistributor of value entertainment to over 55 countries, where all of theresolutions were duly passed, Chairman, John French, made the followingcomments: "Before I begin addressing the formal part of today's meeting, I would like tore-affirm that underlying trading in the Company remains positive and thebusiness is performing well with the Management team targeting and harnessingtheir respective skills. It is the belief of the Board that the recent fall in share price has, in part,been due to the relative lack of communication, market awareness andunderstanding of the business. The Board is addressing this situation in severalways to clearly communicate the Company's differentiating factors and strengthscompared to its quasi-comparable players in the sector. The Company hasappointed specialist Public Relations consultancy Bishopsgate Communications Ltd and the Board will continue to work closely with its broker Seymour Pierce,which has recently become a market maker in the stock, and will beinvestigating ways in which to further market the stock to the investmentcommunity. The Group, moving forward, is primarily focused on the distribution of a fullrange of entertainment titles. This is supported by the publishing arm whichprovides propietory titles which are not chart orientated and consequently risk adverse.
