Total voting rights

The board of directors of Brady announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 58,187,298 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 58,187,298.

The increase in the total voting rights is as a result of the exercise of warrants to subscribe for 5,525 new Shares in the Company at an exercise price of 1.15 pence per Share. As at 29 February 2012 there are a total of 17,901,651 warrants remaining in issue, which are under block admission with the London Stock Exchange as detailed in the announcement made by the Company on 31 October 2011.

The above figure may be used by Brady's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Services Authority.
