The Company announces that Dr. Francois Lung Ka-kui, has agreed to an extension of his contract of employment as the Company’s China & International Business Director from 26 September 2008 up to and including 31 December 2008. Upon expiration of this period, Dr. Lung will cease to act as a Director of the Company.
The Company would like to thank Dr. Lung for his contribution to the Company.
Mr. Lincoln Leong Kwok-kuen, the Finance & Business Development Director, will be responsible for business development in the Mainland of China and overseas.
There is no matter relating to Dr. Lung ceasing to be a Director of the Company that needs to be brought to the attention of holders of securities of the Company.
