Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 June 2014 the Company is pleased to confirm that admission of the Enlarged Share Capital to trading on AIM became effective at 8.00 am this morning, resulting in completion of the Proposals. Pursuant to the Proposals the Company has, inter alia, raised £400,000 (before expenses) through a subscription for 80,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at 0.5p per Ordinary Share.
Cameron Parry and Paul Johnson have joined the Board in the roles of Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director respectively and Nicholas Lee has stepped down from the Board. Accordingly the Board now comprises Cameron Parry (Chief Executive), Alex Borrelli (Non-Executive Chairman) and Paul Johnson (Non-Executive Director).
The Company's ticker has now changed from "BRDY" to "MTR" (the ISIN and SEDOL numbers of the Company remain the same).
The Board confirms that, following Admission of the Enlarged Share Capital, it is aware of the following Shareholders that have interests in 3 per cent. or more of the issued share capital of the Company, as detailed below:

With effect from today the Company has changed its website address to www.metaltigerplc.com to reflect the Company's new name and strategic direction. The information required by Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies (including details on the Company's New Investing Policy) is available under the section "AIM Rule 26" of the website.
Definitions in this announcement are consistent with those set out in the circular issued to Shareholders of the Company on 22 May 2014, a copy of which is available on the Company's new website (www.metaltigerplc.com).
