Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Board changes
Mitie Group plc ("Mitie") today announces that Roger Yates, Senior Independent Director, will retire from the Board with effect from 31 December 2025, following almost 8 years of service.
Upon Roger's retirement, Jennifer Duvalier will assume the role of Senior Independent Director while continuing to serve as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, pending the conclusion of the process to recruit her replacement.
Chris Rogers, Chair, commented: "The Board would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Roger for his dedicated service and invaluable expertise during his tenure as Senior Independent Director. Over nearly eight years, Roger's commitment, insight, and leadership have made a significant impact on Mitie. We wish him all the very best for the future."
