US $21 million Mezzanine Debt Facility Documentation Completed
The Company is pleased to announce that the facility documentation was completed on Friday 29 September. The funds will now be drawn down to be utilised to repay two short term loans received from the shareholders and to make a capital and interest payment to the Group's senior lenders, today Monday 2 October 2017.
