Share Option Grant Extension
Matra, an independent oil and gas exploration and production Company with operations in Russia, announces that the Company has extended the exercise period of options which were granted on 11 April and 23 May 2006 to Mr Peter Hind, Managing Director and Dr Neil Hodgson, Exploration Director respectively.
The Options, which have all vested and are therefore exercisable by Mr Hind and Dr Hodgson are due to expire on 11 April 2011 and 23 May 2011 respectively.
The Company, Mr Hind and Dr Hodgson have agreed that the period during which the Options may be exercised should be extended by a period of 24 months. The Options will therefore expire on 11 April 2013 and 23 May 2013. All other terms and provisions of the options grant remain the same.
