Cancellation of Matra's Admission to Trading on AIM
Matra Petroleum Plc, the oil & gas focused Investing Company, announces that at the Company's EGM held today, the resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM was duly passed. Accordingly cancellation of trading will take effect from 7.00 a.m. on 1 May 2014.
