Board Changes

Further to the Company's announcement of 25 June, Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM: MSMN) announces that Mr. Andy Carroll has resigned from his position as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. The Company acknowledges his contributions and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
