Directors' and PDMR interests in shares
Marshalls plc ("the Company") announces that itΒ received notification onΒ 3Β SeptemberΒ 2009 that the Trustee of the Company's HM Revenue & Customs approved share purchase plan ("the Plan"), Yorkshire Building Society, purchased ordinary shares of 25 pence each on behalf of the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility onΒ 3Β SeptemberΒ 2009, to be held in accordance with the rules of the Plan. The shares were purchased at a price ofΒ 118Β pence per share.
