Maven Renovar VCT PLC (the Company) announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share as at 23 April 2026, after taking account of amounts receivable or chargeable to the Company's income account, was 58.54p, which is equivalent to 55.04p excluding the 3.50p special dividend to be paid on 8 May 2026.
