MRS Services Group awarded 3 year contract with Tier 1 Coal Mine Owner

The Board is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MRS Services Group Pty Ltd ("MRSSG"), has been awarded a three year contract with a Tier 1 Coal Mine Owner.

MRSSG has completed a three year contract, and has won the re-tendering of the contract, demonstrating its ability to deliver client focused solutions.

The contract is for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the clearing and rehabilitation works and consists of three major components:

1. Felling and mulching of vegetation, followed by stripping of mulch and top soil ahead of the Glencore's mining operations.

2. Bulk push of overburden dumps to achieve final landform.

3. Rehabilitation of completed overburden dumps.

Jonathon McTaggart Chief Operating Officer of MRSSG said: "The award of this contract is recognition and acknowledgement for the last three years of quality delivery of service. We have worked hard for the client to deliver a safe and cost effiective solution, and the renewal is a credit to all parties involved".
