AGM Statement

MRS, the human capital resource consultancy, announces that at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), Finance Director, Timothy Jones, will make the following statement:

"2014 has been a significant year for MRS with a number of new project wins including major new business in Papua New Guinea and concluding with the successful listing of the Company on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. We are well positioned to continue the growth trajectory set during the year both organically and through acquisition; and with access to the capital markets, the business has the financing flexibility to execute these growth plans.

"I would like to thank new and existing shareholders for their support as we look to add shareholder value through the execution of our proven growth model; further to this we intend to adopt a disciplined approach to dividend policy, whereby up to two thirds of net profit after taxation, will be distributed to Shareholders by way of dividends.

"The Company looks forward to updating the market with its results for the six months ended 31 December 2014 before March 2015 and I am pleased to say that the Company continues to trade in-line with management expectations as set out at the time of the IPO."
