The Company announces that it was informed that Charlotte Twyning, Non-executive Director, bought 6,766 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 13 March 2020 at a price of 146.99 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Twyning now holds an interest of 48,484 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
