Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it has been informed that Chris Grigg, Non-executive Director, purchased 17,636 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 9 December 2024 at a price of 567.08 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Grigg holds an interest of 27,736 Shares, representing approximately 0.0022% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
In addition, the Company has been informed that David Lis, Non-executive Director, sold 47,950 Shares on 9 December 2024 at an average price of 565.54 pence per Share as part of his personal tax planning arrangements. Following this transaction, Mr Lis holds an interest of 70,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.0054% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
