NewCo and Melrose Industries PLC "Melrose" are pleased to invite you to an analyst and investor presentation on the afternoon of Thursday 19th January 2023 in London
The event will be hosted by Liam Butterworth, Group CEO, with Roberto Fioroni, Group CFO, and Diego Laurent, CEO of Powder Metallurgy, presenting. Senior members of the NewCo, Automotive and Powder Metallurgy, as well as Melrose executive team, will also be in attendance. The event will provide an overview of NewCo's market-leading businesses and strategy as a UK listed company, including an overview of Automotive and Powder Metallurgy in terms of:
· Growth drivers, margin potential, technology and sustainability
· How they are successfully transitioning to electrification
· The company's strategy including capital allocation and M&A
The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for Q&A with management
